How do I get paid?
Payments are processed every Tuesday via direct bank transfer for deliveries completed the previous week.
What if I have an accident?
Contact the restaurant/shop immediately. As a platform connecting riders and businesses, responsibility lies with the business and the rider. For any questions, email us at support@flintdelivery.ch
Can I change my delivery zone?
Yes, you can switch zones at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
What equipment do I need?
You'll need your own vehicle (bike, e-bike, scooter, or car) and a smartphone. We provide the delivery bag and branded gear.
